I tried this recipe on my family this week and I was quite surprised how much they liked it. It has tomatoes in it, which William HATES...but he gave the dish a 9 out of 10. He said once he added a little salt it was a 10. And Zan have it an 11! Definitely better scores than I ever would have dreamed of. It is a hearty side dish or could be a light lunch or dinner.
Easy dish to make the night before and then just throw in the oven. Very inexpensive if you have a tight budget.
