In March of 2009 I was laid off from work.  I had always been fairly frugal, but being down to one income made me really pay attention.  The most important lesson I learned was that planning saved money, time, and lowered my stress level.  Those were three things I needed help with since I had a husband and 3 boys to take care of. 

My goal is to help families with organization, meal planning, and budgeting.  Over the years I have learned many tricks to make the family run smoother with less money and less stress.
