Mini Oriental Meatloafs
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 Tbls dried minced onion
1 egg
4 mushrooms-chopped small so picky eaters don’t see them
¼ c Yoshida Oriental Sauce
¼ c wheat germ and ¼ c oatmeal (for an added boost of vitamin E and folic acid)
OR ½ cup oatmeal
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If too moist add extra oats. Add a little water if too dry. Put mixture in muffin tins. Bake at 325º for 20-30 minutes.
