Stir-fry
Ingredients:
2-3 chicken breasts (you can also use pork or beef) cut into thin slices and then cut into bite-sized pieces
2 Tlbs soy sauce
2 Tbls sesame oil
1 Tbls cornstarch
1 Tbls flour
1 Tbls canola oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1-2 packages frozen stir-fry veggies
Sauce:
2 Tbls soy sauce
1 Tbls oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
¼ cup water
Cooked rice or ramen noodles
Directions:
Marinate meat in soy sauce for a few minutes
Heat pan, add oil and garlic. Saute over medium heat until garlic is golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Mix sesame oil, corn starch, and flour in small bowl. Add marinated meat and stir to coat.
Add chicken to pan and cook until no longer pink.
Add frozen veggies, stir, and cover for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine sauce ingredients and add to pan. Stir and cook until thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Serve over rice or ramen noodles, or mix together and serve.
