Spinach Ravioli Lasagna
Ingredients:
-1 package (10 ounces) frozen, chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
-1 package frozen ravioli (sausage or chicken filled)
-1 container nonfat ricotta cheese
-1 egg
-1 ½ cup parmesan cheese
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-1 jar spaghetti sauce
-1/4 cup water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Pour small amount of sauce to cover bottom of 9x13 pan. Combine spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, and 1 cup of parmesan (save the other ½ cup.)
Layer ½ of bag of ravioli into pan. Pour half of jar of spaghetti sauce. Cover with the cheese and spinach mixture. Add remaining ravioli and remaining spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with reserved parmesan cheese. Pour water around edges. Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes, or until bubbly. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
