Happy Salmon
Ingredients:
2 Tlbs canola oil
4 Tlbs soy sauce
Juice of 1-2 lemons
½ onion, finely chopped
2 Tlbs brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
4 salmon fillets
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a gallon zip-top bag. Mix around until filets are fully coated. Marinate in fridge over night (or at least 3 hours.)
Preheat oven to 350º. Line cookie sheet with foil. Place salmon on foil and cook for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, put marinade in a small saucepan, bring to boil, and simmer for at least 5 minutes. Serve salmon with sauce on the side.
