Cilantro Lime Snapper
Ingredients:
Red Snapper filets
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 lime
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tlbs olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Lay filets on cooking pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper
Cook for 15-20 minutes, until edges are white and middle is firm and flakes.
While fish cooks, combine cilantro, garlic, zest and juice of lime, and olive oil.
When fish is done, remove from oven and spread sauce over fish.
