Bacon Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients:
1 thawed loaf of Rhodes whole wheat bread dough (defrost overnight in the fridge)
4-6 pieces of cooked & crumbled bacon (or Hormel real bacon bits)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbls olive oil
2 Tbls italian seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In medium bowl, combine olive oil, italian seasoning, cheese, and bacon.
Cut thawed dough into 1 inch pieces.
Add bread dough cubes to bowl, mix until coated.
Add dough mixture into a 8 or 9 inch baking pan.
Cook for 25 minutes, or until browned. Turn out onto plate or serve directly from pan.
