I had some leftover ham from Easter and I decided to make some split pea soup. This is a super easy, crock-pot recipe. Just throw in the crock-pot and come back hours later and enjoy a rustic, hearty soup for dinner. Great for these rainy, cold spring nights in the Northwest.
