The first is Savory Potato Pancakes. These use russet and sweet potatoes which add flavor and boost the nutrition with lots of vitamin A.
The second dish I tried is Rustic Noodle and Garbanzo Beans. I got a rating of 9 from William and 11 from Zan (he actually wanted to give it a million, but I told him he had to be more realistic.) I was very surprised this dish went over so well. Joe and I loved it too. It is a hearty side dish or can be used as a light lunch or dinner. It has everything you need, vegetables, carbs, protein, and flavor. What could be better? Add a bit of parmesan cheese on top for some added flair.
