To use the planner, print it off and then look at the different recipes. In the right column write the groceries you need for each day. At the bottom is an area for additional groceries you may need. Then take your list to the store. You will save money because you will only buy what you are going to use during the week. No more food going bad in your fridge. Also take into account any nights you might not need a meal this week. Our church is starting Wednesday night meals again this week, so we won't need dinner that night.
